Sewerage Operation and
Maintenance, Services - MCGM, Mumbai
Upgradation of Sewerage Operation and
Maintenance services was carried out in association with R.V.
Anderson Associates
Limited, Canada to raise the capability and efficiency of
Mumbai's water supply and sewerage department (WSSD) to operate,
manage and maintain the sewerage system in Mumbai which includs
50 pumping stations (upto 2080 MLD capacity), 3 Aerated
Lagoons, 3 Marine Outfalls over 1100 kms. of server linesand
Support facilities. As a part of the exercise MMS-MIS, Health
& Safety, emergency management procedures were developed
& manuals prepared. Qetatetii 0 8> M manuate were prepared
for 50 pumping stations. Training programs were also organized
for over 4000 municipal employees to familiarize the staff
and management with modem maintenance management techniques
and management information systems (MIS).

Engineering services for commissioning,
Operation & Maintenance of a 55 MLDCommon Effluent Treatment
Plant plus monitoring of Effluent from over 700 industries
at Vapi, Qujarat in association with R.V.Anderson Associates
Limited, Canada forVapi Industries Association. The team was
also responsible for recruitment and training of over70 people
for 0 & M and monitoring of the CETP.Our team also developed
an exhaustive 0 & IVI manual besides a comprehensive preventive
and breakdown maintenance program to ensure trouble free operation
and reduce downtime due to breakdow

Common
Effluent Treatment Plant for
Aarti Industries, Sahgram, Gujarat
M/s. PHE Consultants was engaged by
M/s. Aarti Industries to provide operational assistance and
optimization services for theO&M of their effluent treatment
plant. Inhouse laboratory services were also set up and training
was imparted to chemists and plant operators.
